Here’s a memo and an ATNI position paper received from the desk of the Executive Director, Lyn Dennis.
“This position paper, developed by ATNI, focuses on a few fundamental principles necessary for effective and sustained economic development in Indian Country. It provides a discussion of how those principles can be put into action for our common good. Attached are also special suggestions in the field of energy economic development.”
